Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed. Priority shipping is an additional 2 days and ground shipping is and additional 3-5 days
Returned merchandise can only be exchanged, online credit will not be given
All merchandise can be exchanged for a different size, color or item (not including shipping)
For all exchanges, merchandise must be unused, in original packaging with original tags attached and must be sent back within 15 days upon receipt
Before exchanging, a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and an EXCHANGE FORM must be obtained (click here for form and instructions)
Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs unless the product received was damaged
Fill out the Exchange Form and enclosed it in your package. Be sure to also write the RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER on the outside of your package/box to ensure your package will be accepted by the shipping dept.
